Clara Booker

Data Steward
USGS

Clara Booker is the Data Steward for the SW, NW and MW CASCs. In her role as Data Steward, Clara manages and tracks data throughout the lifecycle of a SW CASC project, working to make publicly-funded research accessible to all through the USGS’s science repository, ScienceBase.gov.

Clara spends every summer in the Pacific Northwest and is an avid berry picker. She earned her BA in Environmental Studies and History at Bowdoin College in Maine, where she took a special interest in the places and spaces where science, environment, people and culture meet. The SW CASC is one such place and Clara is excited to advance the work of the SW CASC.
