Anna is a PhD student at Colorado State University studying Fluvial Geomorphology. She is interested in how humans have changed the biophysical nature of river systems and how the complexity of natural environments can be restored. Anna values engaging more people from diverse backgrounds in scientific conversations. The NRWD Fellowship is a building block for her to create a culture of collaborative science that bridges academia and practice through more actionable scientific research and teaching.
