Through this announcement, CPO is seeking applications for one competition in FY24. This competition will be focused on addressing current and future drought risk on tribal lands across the West to support decision making and build tribal drought resilience in a changing climate. This funding opportunity was made available through funds appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) by the Inflation Reduction Act.
