AIHEC and SW CASC Now Hiring Senior Tribal Climate Resilience Liaison

The American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC) and the Southwest Climate Adaptation Center (SW CASC) are hiring a Senior Tribal Climate Resilience Liaison to provide support to Tribal Nations, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Tribal communities.
The position will work from the SW CASC Tribal Engagement Strategy and work with the SW CASC and AIHEC to implement a communications, education, and outreach program involving climate resilience planning and implementation. This includes facilitation of focus groups, meetings, workshops, and other convenings. Existing relationships and networks with Tribal professionals are highly desired, particularly among southwestern Tribal Nations and communities. Facilitating relationship building, building on existing and cultivating new Tribal partnerships is also an important part of this position. The Senior Tribal Climate Resilience Liaison will work closely with the Junior Tribal Resilience Liaison, providing leadership and strategic planning in work plan development.
