The October episode of the Come Rain or Shine podcast is out now! Tune in to, “The Scoop on Kernza®, a Multi-functional Perennial Grain Crop,” which features an interview with Nicole Tautges from the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute and Hana Fancher from The Land Institute. 

Kernza® is a small perennial grain, also known as intermediate wheatgrass, with multiple environmental benefits, including carbon sequestration. Tune into this month’s episode of Come Rain or Shine to learn more about the benefits and uses of Kernza®, as well as some of the challenges associated with growing this grain, and possible future directions.
